Room Hire Agreement
1. In addition to the room hire fee we require a deposit of £100.00 that is fully returned to you within 7 days if £400 or more is spent at the bar, except in the following cases:
- Damage
- Leaving the room in an unsatisfactory condition
- Poor conduct (violence, misbehaviour, drugs, underage drinking etc.)
2. Room booking is only confirmed on receipt of a £100.00 deposit
3. The booking is for use of the room and been garden only. It does not include the bowling green or snooker tables
4. There is to be no table confetti of any sort
5. We do not cater for 18`” — 21″ birthday parties
6. As per the ‘licensing act 2003’ alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Monton Bowling and Social Club. NO ALCOHOL IS TO BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES!
7. In addition, it should be noted that it is a criminal offence to serve alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years. It is also a criminal offence for anyone to purchase alcoholic drinks to be consumed by persons under the age of 18 years.
8. Bar to be closed at 23:00 and premises to be vacated by 00:00.
9. No catering residue is to be left on the premises.
10. Arrangements regarding the preparation of the room, decorating etc are to be made with the club before the event.
- No drawing pins or Sellotape is to be used. White tac only
11. Fire regulations are displayed on the notice board
- A maximum of 60 people is allowed at any time
